Cyncidentity workspace terms of use
Last updated: 21 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who signs in to an organisation’s Cyncidentity workspace, including employees and administrators. The service is provided by cyncidentity. Your organisation’s own agreement with cyncidentity covers the commercial relationship and takes priority if it says something different. Questions: support@cyncidentity.com.
Your account
Your organisation invites you and decides your role. Keep your password private, don’t share your account, and sign out on shared devices. Tell your administrator or support straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Your organisation can change your role or suspend your access, for example when you leave.
Using the workspace properly
Use Cync only for your organisation’s work and within the access you have been given. Do not try to see information you are not authorised to see, get around security or rate limits, upload malware, misuse other people’s information, or upload anything unlawful or that you have no right to share. Administrators are responsible for the accuracy of the records, policies, courses and documents they add and for having a proper basis to add them.
Content
Your organisation owns the content it puts into its workspace. You keep any rights in content you add, and allow cyncidentity to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service to your organisation. Policies, courses and guidance in a workspace come from your organisation, not from cyncidentity.
AI features
Ask Cync, the course builder and the HR assistant use AI. Their answers can be incomplete or wrong: check the cited sources, and do not rely on them alone for legal, medical, financial or employment decisions. AI suggestions do not change anything until a person approves them. Do not enter more personal information in questions than you need.
Sharing features
Your contact QR and, if your organisation switches it on, your staff business card are public to anyone with the link or QR code. Only add details you are happy to share. Contacts people share with you through your card are for your work with them; handle them responsibly.
Availability and changes
Cync is a developing service. We work to keep it available and secure but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and we may pause the service for maintenance. We may suspend access to protect the service, other users or your organisation, or if the law requires it.
Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, cyncidentity is not responsible for losses caused by content added by your organisation or other users, by reliance on AI answers without checking them, or by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. We will update them when the service changes and show the date of the latest version at the top. Read the privacy notice for how information is handled.
